The Pyramids -Round 2

Today was my second attempt at visiting the great pyramids of giza. I left earlyish in the morning and caught a taxi towards the pyramids  for a round about 30  egyptian pounds which is the equivalent to 3 or 4 dollars. When I got close to the pyramids I discovered that my battery was flat on my camera which I thought was previously charged,  so I had to go back and grab my other battery which was all good. On the way back are the taxi driver was talking to some other guys on his phone and he dropped me off at a place that I had already been to,  I'm guessing the taxi driver was taking me to be a nice fresh pieceof meat for his friend to make some money off as they all work together- understandably but I just wasn't having a bar of it -that Is because already knew the way and the route they take people on and it is really pretty much just a little bit of a scam considering that you're not allowed access into the pyramids and they sell you a horse ride or a camel ride to the desert and then through all of the rubbish , I found this out the first time and it's all good and kind of fun and quirky but they really don't tell you what you're ln for  unless you're looking for. So I made my way around the back streets and round the wall of the pyramids and was great to see them again in the back of my mind I had considered jumping through a hole in the fence at night time under the cover of darkness and climbing 1 of the pyramids and to stay up the top of a pyramid all day and taking photos from the top while then coming down at night - so this could have been a bit of a reconnaissance trip however I think from what I noticed about the surveillance cameras and the amount of machine guns around this probably wouldn't be the best idea maybe an 80 percent chance of making it alive, anyway  I made my way around the perimeter fence trying to capture what I could with my camera eventually ending up at the main gate which was closed also. So I enter the palace outside of the gates and inquired about single rooms then proceeded to  capture images from inside their walls. It is amazing to be at a place where there is normally thousands of tourists yet to be 1 of the only persons there, quite an experience .
