Rough rough

Good progress on a sweet road then tough going on a rough rough road!
DDDDDDD dddddd DDDDDD
How are You ? Yeah sweet as mate just out for a run  with the fam
Samburu woman with three kids !
The unfolding view
Not far from Laissamus , this guy asked for some food - gave him a banana that was a bit bruised from the road  to me he wasnt quite a real warrior still had a bit of puppy fat around the breasts  needs to kill a lion and feed himself
Too cool for school - Gucci take notes !
Losing screws off my bike attaching my racks to frame , stopped to look for screw to no avail these guys gravitated towards me - asked for some water then later I saw they already had some - Well you always need more water - I would probably ask me for some nice bottled filtered water too!
Stopped to buy a coke , something sweet
We come from different worlds but share the same basic needs
View from the road
Now    These guys !! Walking from Capetown to Cairo ! Amy and Aaron from America started I think November 2011 I think - When I first saw them it looked like some people just wandering along the side of the road then I noticed they had some guides with guns - For the potential bandits and Two lions they had recently encountered- So cool to meet these guys out there doing it ! Inspiriational!
Kids having fun with their wire wheels and the guy with the light skin on the bike

Precious Gifts

Kosene a Samburu girl that I have sponsored for about 4 to 5 years and her aunty and the Child fund representative from their area - These guys traveled a couple of days on rough roads to come and meet me I think they even had to stay in a town along the way while I recovered  from my stomach issues- So gentle and intelligent ! She wants to become a doctor one day
These were the gifts they gave me ! So cool and they would have taken weeks  or more to make - Genuine Authentic Gifts - you can tell when you smell the smokeiness of the gifts- They really blew me away with the effort they had gone to to travel so far a be so generous! The thing with travelling is you have to travel lite so I found some young mothers down the road and gave everything away to them hoping it would make a difference in their lives - Taking only the generous thoughts and gestures with me
One way to visit your sponsored children - By bicycle up through Africa!
The big wigs of Childfund Kenya , Tanzania and Ethiopia just happened to be there on the day I turned up Great bunch of friendly helpful people ! Also Florence who was the biggest help to me arranging everything froms goats to gifts ,itineries etc - Money well spent!

Also to embed widgets from Sound cloud on my blog Can only be done on the desktop sites from Sound cloud so hopefully in the future that option will be available .It you are reading this feel free to ask me a question or put in a suggestion Thanks I hope you are having a great day →Remember to go harder !
Standing AT 0 degrees Lattitude- This guy demonstating the Corrialis effect - The water not turning to the left or Right just draining straight down - 20 meters in the Northern Hemisphere the Water turns clockwise and 20 meters in the Southern hemisphere the water turns anticlockwise when it drains  Amazing and a nice little science lesson fo the entrapenuers at the equator !
The Man at the Middle
Me ,Yahweh, Jesus , The Holy Spirit the Angels and all your thoughts and prayers on the way to Isiolo!

Easy ride

Left Nairobi in goodtime decided to send some stuff back to New Zealand including my solar panels my power demands arnen't quite as high due to not running my gopro all day and being more selective when I use it I can save even more power by having a cheap phone aswell ,also the panels attracted a bit of attention and were extra weight .Can't wait to have a good thrash out !Thinking of changing to some normal flat peddles instead of these spd's my theory is that it will be better for all round joint and muscle wear kind of like going from machine weights to tree weights anyway these peddles are making some creaking noises they have been great probably done17000km on them .Heading North around Mt Kenya tomorrow towards Isiolo where Florence from Child fund has organised for me to meet the third child that I have been sponsoring ,I just talked to her halt way through this blog and the family of Eyan are starting their journey to meet me tomorrow also - very cool! Apparently Some of the roads are pretty dodgy! So I appreciate their effort! So after the visit is the road to Moyale I'll write more about that subject when I get more information at Isiolo .
