Unpublished Post from Durban

Finally back in the saddle after about 5 days in Durban purchasing a new phone and syncing my devices together to make my uploading more streamlined , there is always something to learn but after alot  of learning I am pretty happy with my setup I cant say too much about  a particular  subject to do with uploading files but thankyou to the guys who helped me through the process . This new samsung galaxy note 2 is a phenomenal piece of  technology  I can now watch  all my  gopro footage ,edit and upload  my data to Strava and link everything together so stoked hopefully this will save time and make things easier. I had a head wind for most of the day which was a good battle through the sugar and gumtree growing  areas , everthing worked well apart from the battery connection to the dynamo, it must have come loose so I didnt store that much power but the solar panels saved the day and worked well with my spare cache battery , I have to say that my expectations for the solar were not that great  but I was proved wrong  - the other thing was my bluetooth headset decided not to work hopefully I can get that going , so it was just  me and my thoughts vs the road and the headwind  back to basics. Beautiful weather and plenty of greenery bike was well tuned , went through 8-10 litres of water with a berocca with some electrolytes - always a good combo  , anyway what was so cool about today was that I  Pulled into this road house to have a feed then I was going to find a place to camp but instead Troy introduced himself and said I could stay at his place - what   a top man! Thankyou Lord  !!  Had a cold bath Troy steamed up some chicken breast and fresh avocado on the side  and taught me APAP  Aware- Psychology -Avoid- Physical ; ways to avoid conflict -  going to have to start taking malaria pills tomorrow will see how that goes  Valentines day tomorow  up early and into it !
