I just rode 63.2 kilometers! Check it out on #strava: http://app.strava.com/activities/49758779
Also Checkout globalcheyne on Sound cloud ! Classic start to the day - Immigration officer knocking on my door at about 7am wanting me to fill in a Couple of extra pieces of information on a form that I had to fill in at the Guesthouse  - classic  ! sitting in this little village this guy comes up and introduces himself to me quite articulate he used the words ''Well and good" quite a bit -anyway he showed Me a shortcut out of town across a few streams then way up this goat trackhill all for the price of a bounty bar! He also told me of a little village where there was a Unesco site anyway I turned up there and decided to check it out ! 6000 year old rock paintings  Way WayWay Up in these hills quite an experience just getting there spectacular views and cool paintings discovered around the 1950's telling stories of life back then  - I was pretty lucky to be able just be taken up there  on my own little guided tour for a few bucks . The rest dt the day didn't quite turn of as planned with very slow soft and rocky roads stunning day and stunning views !
The paintings were quite well sheltered and apparently they used animal fat to preserve them
Three woman carrying head loads
Someones house
A giraffe and animal skin
one of the three caves
My guide and the view near the caves
Short cut
Rock art
Way up on top of a hill the paintings were discovered not long ago 1963 or something like that
